Wellbeing Week Day 2

Wellbeing Wednesday followed with a focus on staying active and spending time with others. The children enjoyed a refreshing walk around the school grounds with their buddies, followed by a lovely picnic in the Fairy Garden. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time with friends and enjoy the outdoors together.

Wellbeing Week Day 1

Our first Wellbeing Week kicked off with Thankful Tuesday, where the children wrote and drew pictures about what makes a good friend. These lovely creations were then hung on our Friendship Tree for everyone to enjoy. Teachers delivered special lessons on friendship, helping the children explore what it means to be kind, supportive, and inclusive. We also had great fun creating a friendship circle around the school — a real stretch, to say the least!

To support the focus on wellbeing, children have no homework this week. Instead, they’ve been given a list of fun and calming wellbeing activities to choose from at home.

A big thank you to Ms Whitehead for all her hard work in planning and organising this special week!
